Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve user tickets within SLAs, providing weekend and on-call support as needed.
- Work with Azure cloud platform, including Azure Fundamentals, Web Apps, Certificate Management, App Insights, and Monitoring.
- Handle configuration updates and secret management using Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Implement application authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Manage and support multiple environments as part of SDLC processes.
- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum methodology for efficient delivery.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and work with MVC architecture.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues.
- Utilize tools such as Visual Studio, GitHub, and TFS.
- Work with front-end technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.
- Conduct penetration test reviews and apply remediations in compliance with Cyber Security standards (e.g., OWASP).
- Manage CI/CD activities using Jenkins or Harness, coordinating UAT and Integration Testing releases.
- Monitor application performance using Dynatrace.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET, .NET Core, and REST API development
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Web Apps, App Insights, Monitoring, Certificates)
- Experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift for configuration and secret management
- Good understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms
- Knowledge of MVC architecture and microservices concepts
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Harness, GitHub, TFS)
- Exposure to front-end technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, Angular)
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of penetration testing standards and remediation practices (OWASP)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Ability to provide on-call/weekend support and manage multiple environments
