Key Requirements:

Technical Expertise: A strong technical background is essential, with experience in application support (Java coding, SQL scripts, database management, and resolving application issues).
Production Support Experience: Experience with production environments is a plus.
Trading/Front Office Experience: Familiarity with front office/trading environments is beneficial.
Java, SQL, and UNIX: Proficiency in Java, SQL queries, UNIX scripts, and troubleshooting technical issues is required.
OMS Knowledge: Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong technical troubleshooting skills required to resolve complex application issues.
Environment: Will work alongside traders and handle critical application support tasks.
ServiceNow: Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system is a plus.
On-Call Rotation: On-call rotation schedule in place.
Technical Stack: Experience with Java, Synapse, PCF, and Azure services is a plus.
