Overview:
Client is seeking an Application Support Analyst to support, maintain, and improve enterprise applications with a focus on proactive monitoring and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Proactively monitor applications and advise on solutions to prevent or minimize production impacts
Analyze and resolve problems according to shifting priorities, timelines, and resources; document all resolutions
Complete work in a timely and precise manner while delivering exceptional customer service
Perform application environment maintenance including patching, upgrades, and monitoring
Requirements:
Experience with Azure
Experience with Power Platform
Experience with Salesforce
WordPress experience
SharePoint experience, including creating/updating sites and resolving user access/permission issues
Any Graduate
