This role is more on Application production Support not Infrastructure side.

 

Payment application Support - SWIFT (Good experience with Swift messaging (MT -Message Type))

 

LOB will be Global Banking Payment System

 

They will work on payment Application support

 

DB experience- SQL, MySQL, Cassandra.

 

SQL- All Joins expertise

 

Root Cause Analysis

 

Tools- App Log, monitoring- Splunk (Priority), Dynatrace

 

Messaging support experience- MQ Messaging, Kafka.

 

Group Coordination- Will work with end user, developers, BAs, DBA.

 

Middleware experience- upstream, downstream work exp

 

Banking domain experience with payment side
