Role Description

  • These resources need to understand and know how Monitoring tools like Grafana and SolarWinds work.
  • Has passion for Ops and Automation and should work toward Zero Incident Culture
  • In long term help the manager setup a command center / incident monitoring center
  • Work in refining already established SLAs and SOPs
  • They will work out of Hyd office and be in the office all 5 days
  • Applications to be monitored include both homegrown web apps and COTS
  • Each of these resources will cover 1 shift respectively.
