Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software solutions.
  • Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Develop engineering solutions aligned with the Technology strategy and industry best practices.
  • Maximize the efficiency of application assets in terms of operational performance and cost.
  • Size User Stories based on time and difficulty to complete.
  • Provide input on challenges facing User Stories.
  • Discuss risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
  • Ensure User Stories meet the Definition of Ready.
  • Select User Stories for completion based on priority and team capacity.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and team ceremonies.
  • Bring innovative solutions to the team and foster a collaborative environment.

Experience Requirement:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in application development and software engineering.
  • Strong experience developing full-stack solutions using Java, ReactJS, and Spring Boot.
  • Practical experience with OpenShift and Amazon Data Management AWS in cloud-native environments.
  • Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
  • Experience identifying technical risks and proactively suggesting mitigation strategies.
