Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of systems development life cycle and project management life cycle.
  • Analyze production issues using basic programming and database knowledge (.NET, JavaScript, SQL).
  • Triage technical and functional issues, monitoring support ticket queues daily.
  • Participate in regression checkouts, both adhoc and planned, including database verification.
  • Manage and drive resolutions for high-priority production support issues, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Create, coordinate, and track user stories required for fixing tickets.
  • Conduct ad hoc data research and monitor jobs, reacting to job issues as necessary.
  • Oversee release management activities associated with moving code into production, including release checkout procedures.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with technology teams and key business partners.
  • Collaborate closely with vendor resources to deliver on service level agreements.

Experience Required:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in .NET development and production application support.
  • Proven ability in debugging and resolving high-priority production issues effectively.
  • Proficient in SQL and JavaScript for both backend and frontend troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing end-to-end release activities and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Hands-on exposure to Agile development environments and working with vendor teams.
