Job Description:
Primary Responsibilty:
Design and develop complex Pega BPM applications, business solutions by creating
new and modifying existing Pega BPM applications.
To contribute as an individual Pega developer and guide the team when required.
Help translate requirements into user-stories and actively participate in project
lifecycle.
To work closely with SSA/SA/BA/Architects to ensure requirements are well
documented and clear.
Provide appropriate status updates to lead/scrum master on routine basis.
Actively participate in quality audits, code reviews time to time.
Troubleshoot Pega applications issues, coding bugs and bottlenecks.
Maintaining security of all supported Pega applications.
Must Have Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development with hands on
experience on PEGA PRPC (8.X)
Should have done one complete Pega implementation leading from Design.
Strong experience in Application Performance, Security validation.
Experience as Pega developer with focus on application development, rule
development or process architecting.
Analyze Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) to check the application health check.
Hands on experience on Pega tools like Pega Deployment Manager (PDM), Pega
Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC).
Experience of enterprise level system development with strong knowledge of
industry standard interface protocols (i.e., SOAP, MQ, HTTP, EJB, etc.)
Good understanding of software engineering practices and architecture guidelines.
Very good verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of US
healthcare.
Well versed in Agile process.
Certification – CLSA Part 1/CLSA [Preferred] or CSSA [At least]
Nice to have Skills:
Good understanding of Pega healthcare or related frameworks.
Pega Cosmos UI, and BIX.
Understanding of DevOps tools like GitHub and Jenkins.
Understanding of container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
