Application Developer

Responsibilities

• Implement new system changes based on requirements gathered.

• Develop and maintain well-documented, efficient code for the system, including unit test cases.

• Collaborate and work with other developers for major changes, ensuring that system integration from different tracks can work seamlessly.

• Investigate raised incidents and identify bugs in code.

• Pro-actively contribute innovative ideas for improvements.

Mandatory hands-on experience with:

Core languages and knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Working knowledge of Java programming fundamentals

• Experience with frontend development, preferably Angular/ReactJS

• Understanding of web development principles

• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like JUnit

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with great attention to details and critical thinking.

• Ability to work in a un/structured and fast-paced environment.

Also be advantageous to have working knowledge of:

• Angular/ReactJS

• Experience with Jira/Confluence

• Experience with AWS cloud platform

• Experience with Gitlab
