Application Developer

Key Skills: Adobe, Aem(Adobe Experience Manager)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
• Develop and deploy AEM applications on cloud platforms, using DevOps processes and pipelines.
• Build integrations between AEM and other systems to meet business requirements.
• Migrate Adobe Digital Assets from various systems into AEM as needed.
• Lead or participate in at least one WCM implementation project, covering design, build, and test phases.
• Apply expertise in Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, and JavaScript frameworks in application development.
• Utilize project building tools such as Maven or Ant for development and deployment.
• Follow Agile best practices for efficient project delivery.
• Leverage DevOps processes and tools to improve application delivery and performance.

Skills Required:

• Must-Have:
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites
  • Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Servlets, and JSP lifecycle
  • Experience with Web Content Management (WCM)
• Nice-to-Have:
  • Knowledge of Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one framework (e.g., jQuery)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, Maven, Ant, and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with cloud-based deployments and system integrations
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and Agile environments

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines preferred)
