Application Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

      •     Contribute to internal projects, ensuring high standards in design and user experience.

      •     Conduct UX research, including user interviews and usability testing, and effectively summarize findings.

      •     Collaborate with the engineering and development teams to align design and implementation.

      •     Develop and maintain the design system for consistency and usability.

      •     Participate in meetings, providing design insights and supporting project discussions.

Required Skills

Required Skills and Experience:

      •     Proficiency in Figma.

      •     Experience in UX research techniques and design implementation.

      •     Knowledge of the medical domain is preferred but not mandatory.

      •     Educational Requirement: Bachelor of Design (B.Des) or equivalent 

      •     Relevant experience is preferred, but skilled candidates from all levels are encouraged to apply.
