Description

  • Monitor and support day-to-day operations of enterprise applications, integrations, and data flows
  • Investigate and resolve system or data issues in coordination with internal teams and external partners
  • Perform configuration updates, system checks, and user-requested changes under supervision
  • Assist with onboarding new partners, users, or data feeds into enterprise applications
  • Support testing and validation activities for system enhancements and project deployments
  • Document standard operating procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guidance
  • Maintain awareness of system dependencies such as certificates, file transfers, and scheduled jobs
  • Collaborate with IT peers and business users across multiple regions to ensure seamless application support
  • Adhere to internal controls, data governance policies, and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR)

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in an IT analyst, application support, or technical operations role
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with data structures such as XML, JSON, and relational databases
  • Basic understanding of enterprise system workflows, data processing, or integration concepts
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, hybrid team environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Willingness to work on-site 2–3 days per week in Bridgewater, NJ
