Appian Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement custom solutions using the Appian platform.

Build and support workflows and solutions built in the Appian platform.

• Architect and design applications, including modeling database schema, building out user flows, and creating interfaces.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and design solutions.

Build and invoke web APIs to integrate with various systems that are used across the organization

• Lead and support user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate user workshops to gather and document business needs, requirements, weaknesses, and challenges.
• Document and communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Be able to understand the fundamental business needs and come up with creative ways to solve the underlying problems.
• Understand the company's ecosystem and create integrations between digital assets, core systems and business processes.
