App/Cloud/Azure Architect

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Lead cloud migration projects, including the assessment, planning, and execution of migrating applications and data to the cloud.
• Develop and manage Azure Landing Zones (LZ) to ensure a consistent and secure cloud environment.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate Azure DevOps (ADO) for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud architecture and best practices.
• Conduct cloud architecture reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or similar.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into our architecture.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for cloud architectures, configurations, and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role, with experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps (ADO) and Landing Zones (LZ).
• Experience with cloud migration projects, including planning and executing migrations.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or similar.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with Azure DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
