Exhibiting technical competence in the needed technical areas: REST services, Unix/Linux, Shell scripting;
Designing reusable API policy components for reuse;
Deploying, configuring, tuning, and monitoring API Gateways
Deploying and configuring CA API Developer's Portal;
Understanding the installation, upgrading and configuring of the CA API Gateway;
Exhibiting experience using the Gateway Migration Utility;
Demonstrating experience with the available Gateway logs, auditing, and dashboard;
Displaying experience of CA API Gateway Operation and Maintenance (backups, monitoring, performance metrics, clean up, etc);
Providing subject matter expertise as it relates to the CA OAuth 2.0 Toolkit;
Displaying experience with designing, developing, migrating, testing, and maintaining policies;
Displaying experience with upgrading and configuring the CA API Developer Portal;
Installing, upgrading and configuring the CA Policy Manager;
Understanding Web APIs, REST, XML, JSON, SOA/Web services, Internet/network security standards (WS Security, OAUTH, OpenID Connect, JWT, etc);
Possessing knowledge of route configurations, firewall ports, directional flow of communication, configuration of files, and standing up reports;
Possessing knowledge of familiar with networking components such as DMZ, Firewalls, and Load Balancers;
Demonstrating proficiency with Linux OS enough to deploy the gateway, install additional client applications, monitor system resources, etc;
Demonstrating knowledge of PKI, SSL and SSH security implementations, as well as LDAP and Microsoft Active Directory;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
