Android Lead/ Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead Android Developer/Architect who is willing to learn and work primarily in Kony.
• Will be guiding/leading the meetings with offshore and leading the offshore team/performing code reviews etc.
• Analyze customer, system, and safety requirements to help derive software architecture requirements.
• Design, document and implement a world-class reusable software architecture based upon generated requirements.
• Ability to utilize AAOS platform functionality to integrate Automotive HAL, Voice Assistant, and other applications.
• Develop and implement an architecture verification plan.

Required Experience

• 2 or more years of embedded software development experience.
• 5 or more years of development experience with Android software architecture.
• Hands-on coding experience in Java, Kotlin, C++.
• Working on AAOS (Android Automotive OS) is a big plus.
• Need to have some architecture experience as they will be leading the architectural discussions of the creation of the applications with vendors and clients as well as offshore
  team (they will be screened on their architectural knowledge but still also need to still be hands on with coding as they still will be developing full time).
• Need to have hands on experience with Java and some knowledge of AWS.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
