Android and react native engineer

Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for an Android and React Native Engineer (W2). The engineer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of mobile applications, primarily focusing on Android design and development. Daily tasks include developing new features, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation. The role requires working closely with product owners and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable software.

Qualifications

• Mobile Application Development and Mobile Applications skills
• Proficiency in Android Design and Android Development
• Experience in Software Development
• Strong understanding of React Native
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in agile development methodologies is a plus
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
