Analytics Lead

Job Description:

The Analytics Lead will play a pivotal role in Service Delivery Excellence (SDE), a central horizontal team driving excellence in delivery teams across the organization. This individual will mentor and guide the technical delivery teams on data analytics projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and quality standards while fostering innovation and excellence.

Job Responsibility:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the analytics team, fostering skill development and collaboration.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the data analytics field and recommend improvements.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for analytics projects and ensure delivery excellence.
• Present analytical findings on projects, simplifying complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Evaluate and suggest ways to improve service delivery quality.
• Review, measure and classify the excellence level of the projects.
• Create and maintain documentation on best practices, checklists and templates.
