Job Title: Analyst – Travel and Lifestyle Web Analytics 

Location: New York/Hybrid 

 

Key Requirements

  • Adobe Analytics Reporting Expert: Extensive, hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics as the primary focus of previous roles — particularly in building complex reports, advanced segmentations, and dashboards.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: Demonstrated ability to independently investigate and resolve issues end-to-end — including re-building dashboards, combing through large datasets, identifying anomalies, and implementing quick resolutions.
  • Accountability & Ownership: Delivers high-quality output without the need for micromanagement.
  • Precision to Detail: Meticulous approach to data integrity, metric definitions, and reporting accuracy.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to translate intricate Adobe data insights into concise, digestible summaries for leadership — highlighting patterns, anomalies, and key takeaways.
  • Preferred: Experience with tagging implementations and ensuring data capture aligns with reporting requirements.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Web Analytics Management:
    Own the integrity and accuracy of Adobe Analytics data. Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to maintain optimal data collection and troubleshoot complex metrics and segmentations.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, user behavior, site performance, and marketing impact. Provide actionable, insight-driven recommendations to improve the digital customer experience.
  • In-Depth Data Analysis:
    Analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and performance anomalies. Translate findings into strategic, stakeholder-ready recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Present data-driven insights to leadership in a clear and impactful manner, tailoring messaging for non-technical audiences.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as an Adobe Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME) with advanced experience in complex segmentations, custom metrics, and high-level reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and independence in identifying and resolving reporting/data issues.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in data validation and analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering concise, stakeholder-ready summaries.
  • Adaptable, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Tagging and data collection alignment experience.
