Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage AWS solutions with a focus on Amazon Connect.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance and cost.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest AWS features and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and deployment of Terraform scripts for infrastructure as code.

Experience Requirement:

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and AWS ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying Amazon Connect-based solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing cloud resources, monitoring, and automation.
  • Experience working in large-scale production environments using AWS services.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in cloud-based environments.
