Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and measure operational strategies
APN portal management & compliance
Monitoring all the won opportunities & maintaining synergy between Pipedrive(CRM) & APN portal 
Work with the GTM team to strategize & build an AWS annual joint business plan
Working in conjunction with the various delivery leads and managers for CSATs i.e customer satisfactory response on deliverables
Working closely with Delivery, GTM & Marketing teams to publish case studies/Blogs on Quantiphi’s website & make it publicly referenceable 
Managing the cash fund & cash claim process for AWS MAP,POC & Jumpstart programs 
Preparing & publishing monthly APN MIS reports
Maintaining & monitoring trackers for different processes i.e CSATs,Public references, Fund claims etc.
Participate in strategic discussions around different AWS Partner Programs such as Competency Program, Service Delivery Program and Well Architected Partner Program
Collaborate with delivery teams and collate the required collaterals for submission to attain AWS Competency and AWS Service Delivery Designation
Ensure Well Architected Partner Program compliance by meeting the specific criteria for WAR reviews

Dashboarding skills & data visualization capabilities
Process oriented and excellent problem solving skills
Knowledge of advanced Google sheets
Advanced knowledge in GSuite (Google Docs, Slides)
Excellent communications skills
Knowledge of AWS APN Portal (added advantage)
