 Key Requirements:
 8+ years of development experience in systems programming
Strong knowledge of eBPF, XDP, and Linux kernel internals
Deep understanding of memory management, concurrency, and performance profiling
Experience with network protocols and security in a Linux environment
Research-oriented mindset, capable of experimentation, algorithm optimization, and exploring new technologies
Ability to solve complex, abstract problems with logical and creative approaches
