talents with Java knowledge to work in Sourcing Decision Engine on Sourcing
optimization & Recommendation. Candidate should have knowledge of building
new systems that will incorporate AI/ML components to provide automated solutions. 
AI/ML includes working knowledge of RAG, MCP, LlamaIndex, LangChain &
vector database
