Description

  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects.
    • 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing AI/ML projects (data-driven products, predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, etc.).
    • Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects in an agile environment, with a focus on delivering AI/ML solutions.
    • Knowledge of AI/ML development lifecycle and the tools/technologies commonly used in the industry (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
    • Strong proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar project management software.
    • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and methodologies, and the ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive teams towards project completion while managing competing priorities.
    • Ability to understand and manage technical risks in AI/ML projects and make decisions that align with business objectives
