Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
• Analyse large datasets to derive insights and improve existing models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges using AI/ML techniques.
• Conduct testing and validation of machine learning solutions to ensure robustness and accuracy.
• Help in building end-to-end pipelines for data preparation, training, and deployment of models.
• Work on model optimization, hyperparameter tuning, and debugging to improve efficiency and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and frameworks.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Strong foundational knowledge in machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R (knowledge of libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, and Pandas preferred).
• Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and mathematical concepts like statistics, linear algebra, and probability.
• Hands-on experience or academic projects involving AI/ML solutions, predictive modeling, or deep learning is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jupyter Notebooks, Git, or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an added advantage
