AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the NOC team and the Software Engineering team to design mock-ups.
• Review and understand the big picture, engage with customers and the NOC team, and recommend key focus areas to transform the automation framework.
• Define the data strategy for use in LLM (AI/ML) for chatbot capabilities.
• Demonstrate familiarity with CI/CD principles and Kafka streaming solutions to design real-time NOC-focused CDO dashboards.
• Build reusable reference architectures for enterprise-scale CDO dashboards.

Skills Must Have:

• 10+ Years of experience in Technology
• Data Strategy and Automation Framework
• Background in AI/ML
• 5+ Years of experience in design first approach with reference architectures
• 5+ years experience in Automation suite of products including Git, CI/CD Pipelines and Kafka
• 5+ years of experience in Snowflake, Apache Airflow and ETL tools (cumulative across these products)
