AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with over 12 years of experience in data analysis and at least 4 years of hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and PowerBI, with a proven ability to build and deploy ML models, develop end-to-end pipelines, and deliver actionable insights. Experience in industries such as Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, or Telecom is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy ML models to solve real-world business challenges.
Design scalable ML pipelines and ETL processes.
Apply AI techniques such as NLP and predictive analytics across domains.
Conduct in-depth data analysis and build dashboards (PowerBI/Tableau).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery.
Drive innovation in a startup-like environment within a mature organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Data Science or related field.
12+ years of experience in Data Analysis; 4+ years in AI/ML.
Expertise in SQL, Python, PowerBI, and AI/ML tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
