Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Python/Django and extensive experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer models (BERT). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search/recommendation systems, data classification, or Learning to Rank (LTR) models and a passion for building cutting-edge AI/ML applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Python/Django.
• Design and implement AI/ML-driven solutions, including LLMs, BERT, and transformer models.
• Work on search and recommendation systems, data classification, and LTR models to enhance product performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into applications.
• Optimize database queries, APIs, and caching mechanisms for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure high code quality, performance, and security best practices in development.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in AI/ML and backend technologies to improve system capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Django.
✔️ Strong expertise in LLMs, Transformer models (BERT), and NLP-based applications.
✔️ Proven experience in search engines, recommendation systems, LTR models, or data classification.
✔️ Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML applications.
✔️ Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and database design.
✔️ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
✔️ Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
