AI Support Engineer

Must have :
Proficiency in AI concepts , ETL , data wrangling Python , FAQs and runbooks
Experience of 5 to 7 years
Expertise in AI and Related Technologies: Proficiency in AI concepts, approaches, tools, best practices, and recent advancements in the field.
3 - 5 years of experience in Python (or equivalent expertise)
Experience in data wrangling and ETL.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to provide clear, concise, and accurate information both in writing and verbally.
Customer Service Orientation: Able to provide patient, friendly, and professional guidance or support.
Technical Writing Skills: Capable of identifying gaps in support documentation and updating or creating clear, comprehensive FAQs and runbooks.
Ability to Escalate: Knowledge of when and how to escalate issues to subject matter experts and ensuring follow-through until resolution.
Ability to recommend packages, libraries, and tools for each of the phases of the model development life cycle or generative AI application development life cycle.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
Attention to Detail: Ability to track and document questions, statuses, resolutions, and feedback meticulously.
Interpersonal Skills: Effective at guiding employees to the appropriate documentation, tools, or experts, and conducting follow-up to ensure issues are resolved.
Organizational Skills: Well-organized to efficiently manage multiple inquiries, track statuses, maintain documentation, and collect user feedback.
