Mandatory Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Proficiency in Python for AI/ML prototyping
Strong understanding of LLM architecture & capabilities
Analytical, experimental, and data-driven mindset
Experience collaborating with domain experts to build real-world solutions
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Active interest in emerging AI tools, research, and trends

Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Portfolio showcasing creative or practical LLM applications
Experience in NLP tasks: NER, Summarization, QA, Information Retrieval
Exposure to MLOps and end-to-end AI product development
Familiarity with prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and orchestration
Understanding of model lifecycle, context handling, and pipeline optimization
