AI Quality Engineer

Concentrix is looking for an experienced AI Quality Engineer to help test our AI solutions. The potential candidate must have proven expertise using deep learning, ML, NLP and chatbots to help the internal teams promote diverse business outcomes and drive innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for AI models and systems.
• Design and execute test cases to evaluate the accuracy, performance, and reliability of AI models.
• Automate testing processes to streamline quality assurance workflows and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI researchers, and software engineers to understand model functionality and identify testing requirements.
• Monitor and analyze test results, identify defects and issues, and work with the development team to resolve them.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure AI models operate efficiently under various conditions and workloads.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and testing methodologies to continuously improve testing practices.
• Provide detailed documentation of testing processes, methodologies, and results.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for AI quality assurance.

Qualifications Required:

• 6-10 years’ proven experience as a Quality Engineer.
• Hands on experience testing AI based applications
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTest, Jmeter tools, Selenium
• Knowledge with applications hosted in public cloud like AWS/ Azure etc.
• Excellent analytical and business and technical problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies and techniques.
