AI / ML Engineer

Research And Development

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Conduct advanced research in machine learning and deep learning techniques.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI.

Model Development

Design, develop, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models.
Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time processing.

Data Engineering

Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation.

Deployment And Integration

Deploy ML/DL models into production environments using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX.
Integrate models with applications, APIs, or cloud services.

Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and product managers.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Performance Monitoring

Develop pipelines for model monitoring and retraining.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in production systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields (PhD is a plus).
Strong programming skills in Python (knowledge of R, C++, or Java is a plus).
Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
Expertise in deep learning architectures like CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs, etc.
Solid understanding of mathematical concepts such as linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
Proficiency in using data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Dask.

Good-to-Have

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Familiarity with ML Ops practices for automation and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
Strong understanding of DevOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
