AI Engineer

Job Description:
Design and develop multimodal AI models that can be easily integrated into consumer-facing applications
Train and fine-tune AI/ML models
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and apply them to enhance products & experiences
Implement LLM-based agentic workflows and deploy them in a secure cloud environment
Participate in code reviews
Technical Documentation
Evaluate the technology capabilities of potential vendors and software partners 
Interpret creative ideas into executable engineering applications
Run in-person and remote demos for business stakeholders 
Work closely with cross-functional teams including business groups, operations, and product managers

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
Experience fine-tuning diffusion / LLM models, specifically Llama 3/3.1
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-earn, etc.)
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
Programming Languages: JavaScript, Python 
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with Agile methodologies 
Must have strong communication and presentation skills
