About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on and technically proficient AI Consultant with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and MLOps to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role focuses on designing and deploying AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges, with a strong emphasis on innovation, performance optimization, and secure integration with enterprise systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. GenAI Solution Development

  • Design, build, and deploy GenAI solutions using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) for grounded insights.
  • Implement and manage Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) for semantic search.
  • Utilize Model Context Protocol (MCP) to securely connect AI models to external data sources and tools.

2. Anomaly Detection & Workflow Optimization

  • Develop models to detect and predict anomalies in workflows and system performance using operational data.

3. Pega Platform Enhancement

  • Build AI components for the Pega platform, including automated code review tools to improve code quality.

4. Release Management Optimization

  • Apply AI to analyze release management issues, predict risks, and streamline software release cycles.

 

Who We're Looking For:

Experience & Background

  • 7–10 years of overall experience, with 3–4 years in technical roles focused on AI, ML, and data science.
  • Development experience in Java or Pega is a strong plus.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG systems, and AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangFlow, Crew AI).
  • Familiarity with Vector Databases and MCP.
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ML frameworks.
  • Experience with MLOps, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Practical experience with operational data tools like New Relic or Kibana.
  • Knowledge of the Pega platform is highly desirable.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI solutions with measurable business impact.
