AI Architect

Job Summary:
• We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Architect to join our team. 
• The AI Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions that align with our business goals. 
• This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data science principles. 
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and experience in deploying AI models in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Solution Design:
• Design and develop AI architectures that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create detailed design documents and technical specifications.

Model Development and Deployment:
• Develop, train, and validate machine learning models.
• Deploy AI models into production environments ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure optimal performance.

Data Management:
• Work with data engineers to ensure the availability and quality of data required for AI models.
• Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
• Ensure data privacy and security compliance.

Research and Innovation:
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Conduct research to explore new AI technologies and methodologies.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve existing AI systems.

Collaboration and Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and business analysts.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Performance Optimization:
• Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Implement best practices for model evaluation and validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI systems.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
• 5+ Years of experience as an AI Architect, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Skills:
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
