Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of the Agentic AI application, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Architect & implement scalable AI models and algorithms, integrating them seamlessly into existing systems.
• Provide technical leadership & mentorship to team members, fostering innovation and excellence.
• Develop & write code to jumpstart the Proof of Concept (PoC) for the application.
• Create & maintain AI architecture documentation for ongoing development and enhancements.
• Select & optimize tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance the development process and application performance.
• Monitor & optimize AI model performance, ensuring continuous improvements and adaptability.

Required Skillset

• Proven hands-on experience as an AI Architect or in a similar role with a strong focus on generative AI.
• Solid platform engineering background, with expertise in architecting and building cloud-based systems.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks.
• Experience with generative AI technologies, including but not limited to Anthropic, OpenAI, and open-source GEN AI platforms (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
• Familiarity with agentic AI platforms and their integration (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and critical-thinking approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
