Guidance in application development in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services or DOT NET (as needed)

Architecture reviews and guidance to the team

Ability to practice clean code principles, secured coding guidelines, identification of code smells

Participate and coach the teams and individuals in pair programming

Mentoring of team members in various areas of TDD and BDD, Refactoring leading into DevOps

Working to setup a continuous integration setup / environment

Working directly with managers and teams to remove technical roadblocks

Work as evangelist of TDD/BDD within the software organization

Worked as Agile – Technical Coach with usage of the above-mentioned concepts and practices

Implement best practices of SW development (Either Java / Dot Net)

Generate relevant best practice-based metrics

Other Requirements:

Masters in Computer Sciences from premium Institutes with excellent academic record

Total about 15+ Years of Industry experience

Have tons of patience in dealing with SW developers (especially when coaching / mentoring)

Relevant experience should be 5+ Years in Agile Technical coaching

Knowledge of Cloud Environments (GCP and AWS) – This is Mandatory

Must have been into client facing

Comfortable working in distributed teams

Should be familiar with Agile-Scrum concepts

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Atlanta Based (Hybrid Working Environment)
