Agile Product owner

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agile Product Owner located in the United States. The Agile Product Owner will be responsible for defining product vision, creating and prioritizing product backlogs, and coordinating with stakeholders. Daily tasks include working closely with the development team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality product increments, aligning product goals with business objectives, and facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.


Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including experience in Scrum and Kanban
• Proven ability to define product vision and create user stories and product backlogs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with developers and designers
• Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
• Experience in software development or IT consulting is a plus
