Agile Coach

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Agile transformation initiatives & coach teams towards Agile maturity
Conduct hands-on training on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Support product teams in adopting Agile and DevOps best practices
Drive continuous improvement & facilitate alignment across stakeholders
Standardize Agile practices using Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian tools
Qualifications:
8+ years of Agile coaching experience in large, complex environments
Strong expertise in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and LeSS frameworks
Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, SAFe SPC) preferred
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Lean Portfolio Management
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
