Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Cloud professional to support and develop across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC). The role is focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing campaign workflows and platform capabilities, as well as managing production support activities, deployments, and ongoing optimization efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) – Development & Troubleshooting

Develop and troubleshoot integrations with AEP based on defined schemas and identities.
Configure and maintain XDM schemas, data sets, and data ingestion pipelines.
Participate in incident resolution and bug fixes related to data flows and segmentation.
Conduct data validation and assist in profile stitching and identity resolution issues.
Collaborate with data engineers and architects for mapping, governance, and data readiness.
Maintain a working understanding of WebSDK, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target for integrated use cases.


Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) & Campaign Classic (ACC) – Campaign Execution & Support

Design, implement, and maintain cross-channel marketing campaigns using AJO and ACC.
Create and manage journeys, segments, templates, and workflows for email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
Troubleshoot and resolve campaign failures, rendering issues, audience mismatches, and delivery problems.
Support the full campaign lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
Manage production incidents, coordinate with support teams, and track bug resolution and root cause analysis.
Redesign and refactor existing workflows or journeys based on evolving business needs.
Handle platform deployments and configuration updates across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with data, privacy, and compliance standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including schema and segment configuration, and data troubleshooting.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) including journey design, workflow configuration, and campaign operations.
Hands on with SQL, REST APIs, and data flow troubleshooting.
Expertise in Java script, HTML and CSS.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues across AEP, AJO, and ACC.
Experience in campaign support and incident management, including logs analysis and resolution tracking.
Understanding of WebSDK, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target as part of the integrated Experience Cloud stack.
Knowledge of deployment processes, version control, and environment promotion strategies.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.


Nice to Have

Adobe Certifications: AEP, AJO, or Campaign Classic.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance and data privacy principles.

Education

Any Graduate
