Job Requirements:

  • 5-7 Front end exp
  • 2-3 AEM exp
  • Proven experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and implementation.
  • Experience with AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows.
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Knowledge of accessibility (e.g. WCAG 2.2) best practices

Position Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with business analysts to understand their requirements, design solutions, and determine future strategies for architecture and application development.
  • Collaborate with team members to translate requirements into technical designs that map to enterprise-level architecture components.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager WCM to develop components ready to support sites with enterprise-level availability and high traffic.
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems related to the CMS implementation.
  • Work with members of different teams diagnosing, debugging, and upgrading complex systems, and participating in researching build, deployment, and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams on responsibilities for application deployment, performance, monitoring, reliability, and scalability.
  • Work with technology, product, and business partners to design and develop reusable templates, components, and services.
  • Work within strict timelines to solve and deliver critical issues.
  • Work with teams on different time zones to support high traffic sites.
  • Web UI development
  • Collaborate with design, business analyst, project management, and content production teams.
