Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
AEM Experience: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies (AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Forms).
Business Analysis Skills: Strong analytical abilities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (CMS).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Collaboration: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
Certifications: AEM Business Practitioner certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements related to AEM implementations.
Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into AEM-specific solutions. Create detailed functional specifications, wireframes, and user stories.
AEM Configuration and Customization: Configure AEM components, templates, workflows, and content structures based on business needs.
Quality Assurance: Define test scenarios, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure that AEM solutions meet business requirements.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business users, developers, and project managers. Provide regular updates on project progress.
Training and Support: Train end-users on AEM functionality and provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user guides, and system documentation
