Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with deep AEM expertise to join their team and enhance their marketing systems and processes onto AEM Cloud. This role involves supporting existing systems while establishing the AEM roadmap and leading the migration and integration to AEM Cloud to ensure business continuity and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and elicit requirements through stakeholder interviews.
- Create detailed requirements and functional specifications, managing them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support key activities such as reviewing functional design, site demos, AEM trainings, workflow configurations, and taxonomy definitions.
- Serve as the bridge between PM, QA, development, and client stakeholders.
- Assist with gap analysis, business process redesign, roadmap planning, and developing proof-of-concepts.
- Lead testing efforts, including designing and executing test scripts and scenarios.
- Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Showcase deliverables and organize demos across client teams.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of IT project experience.
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions such as Adobe AEM Forms, Magento, Target, Analytics, AEP, Campaign.
- 2+ years of implementing web content management applications.
- Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs, workflow diagrams, and use-case documents.
- Experience working with agile methodology.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills, with the ability to interface with various stakeholders such as developers, design teams, QA, and client teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
- Experience in a consulting environment is a plus.
