•Technology Selection: Selecting appropriate technologies and platforms for the solution.
•Integration Design: Designing the integration patterns and data flow between AEM and CRM.
•Performance Optimization: Ensuring optimal performance of the integrated solution.
•Scalability: Designing a scalable architecture to accommodate future growth.
•Security: Implementing robust security measures to protect data.
•Standards Compliance: Adhering to industry standards and best practices.
•Technical Leadership: Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
•Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
•Data Model Design: Designing the data model for AEM and CRM to ensure data consistency.
•API Design: Designing APIs for data exchange between AEM and CRM.
•AEM Authoring Experience: Designing the authoring experience for content creators.
•CRM Integration Patterns: Selecting appropriate integration patterns (e.g., batch, real-time, event-driven).
•Performance Benchmarking: Measuring and optimizing the performance of the integrated solution.


Education & Experience:
•Bachelor's and fourteen (14) years or more of related experience
•Master's and twelve (12) years or more of related experience
