AEM Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AEM Architect with strong expertise in React to lead the design, development, and integration of front-end solutions within our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AEM and React, and will be responsible for creating scalable, high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AEM solutions for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Integrate React components with AEM to build dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in AEM development and architecture.
• Strong proficiency in React and its core principles.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud integration technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with AEM Cloud and headless CMS implementations.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with other front-end frameworks like Angular.
• Certification in AEM or related technologies.
