AEM Administrator

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled AEM Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AEM administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments, including Author, Publisher, and Dispatcher.
Manage AEM upgrades, patches, and hotfixes to ensure system security and stability.
Troubleshoot AEM performance issues, including replication, workflows, OSGi bundles, and Sling configurations.
Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher for caching, security, and content delivery.
Monitor AEM logs, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance improvements.
Manage user roles, permissions, and content security within AEM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in AEM Administration.
Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including OSGi, Sling, JCR, and Dispatcher.
Hands-on experience with AEM deployment, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Expertise in AEM security, authentication, and user management.
Experience with server management, Linux commands, and scripting for automation.
Familiarity with CDN configurations and cloud-based AEM environments is a plus.
