AEM Admin & DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:
We’re hiring an experienced AEM Admin & DevOps Engineer to manage AEM environments and streamline DevOps workflows. This hybrid role requires strong AEM administration skills combined with hands-on DevOps expertise to ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of AEM-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer AEM (Author, Publish, Dispatcher) environments.
Optimize AEM performance with replication, clustering, and caching.
Automate deployments using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Manage infrastructure with Terraform or CloudFormation.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues across environments.
Handle cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (Splunk, ELK, New Relic).
Work closely with dev teams for release and performance tuning.
Ensure security and compliance standards are met.

Requirements:
7+ years of AEM Admin and DevOps experience.
Strong AEM architecture and tuning knowledge.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and scripting (Shell/Python).
Familiarity with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Solid AWS/cloud experience, and understanding of SSL, DNS, CDN, Apache/Nginx.
