Role: Integration Administrator - ALM (Adobe Learning Manager) admin

Admin work, access control, work with IT integrate ALM product. 

Server setup and maintenance, Integration and API support, Workflow development experience, Skilled in managing data migrations between systems/environments.

Candidate must have Java skillsets as well.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the ALM Developer Console – setup access rights to IT teams to support APIs, Server setup, etc
  2. Set up custom access for group administrators
  3. Develop workflow to support the Group Admin Processes
  4. IT Administrator will set up Environments (test sandbox, dev, prod) and maintain/refresh environments
  5. IT Administrator will work with Adobe on annual product release version updates
  6. IT Administrator will support Data Migrations
  7. Setup up Email Alerts
  8. IT Administrator will be the point contact for technical support issues.
