Description

Configure and implement Adobe CJA to deliver comprehensive customer journey insights.

· Design and build robust data pipelines to feed Adobe CJA using tools like Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), analytics and other data sources.

· Develop and maintain datasets, connections, and segmentations within Adobe CJA for accurate reporting and analysis.

· Integrate Adobe CJA with other Martech and Adtech platforms, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and AEP, to ensure seamless data flow.

· Implement and manage tags using Adobe Launch for efficient data collection.

· Build basic visualizations and dashboards to communicate customer journey insights to stakeholders.

· Ensure data quality, scalability, and security throughout the analytics lifecycle.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, mapping, and visualization in Adobe CJA.

· Work across platforms, including websites and mobile apps (iOS & Android), leveraging APIs and SDKs for seamless data integration and analytics.

 

Analytical and Business Impact

· Collaborate with business teams to understand use cases and translate them into technical solutions using Adobe CJA.

· Design Solution Design Documents and Tagging guides as per the requirements.

· Collaborate with the platform/website/apps owners to implement the suggested Data layer.

· Configure tags and triggers in Tag Management Systems.

· Conduct regular audits of customer journey data to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.

· Enable personalization strategies by leveraging journey analytics data for segmentation and targeting.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, Adobe analytics or customer journey analytics.

· Hands-on experience with Adobe CJA, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Analytics.

· Proficiency in data manipulation and transformation using SQL, Python, or similar tools.

· Expert in tagging and implementing tags in Adobe Launch/Data Collection.

· Strong understanding of digital data collection methods, including JavaScript, data layers, and API integrations.

· Experience working with platforms such as websites and mobile apps, utilizing APIs and SDKs for seamless integration

· Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, including creating dashboards and reports.

· Familiarity with ETL pipelines, data governance, and identity resolution processes.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· A team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe CJA or AEP certification) are a plus.
