Roles & Responsibilities:


 

• Support overall Web & App analytics implementation by translating business requirements into technical documents.

• Support overall strategy, design & structure for web + app measurement and tagging.

• Track and analyze platform traffic patterns and online customer behaviors through dashboarding and reporting in Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics 4.

• Reviews and understands all assigned Statement of Work (SOW) obligations prior to delivery.

• Develop, improve, and enhance all processes in Analytics (eVars and Props variable Implementations, Report suite configurations, Metrics, Dimensions, Segments etc.) and provide detailed tagging instructions to the implementation team.

• Establish and support governance in these platforms and ensure documentation of all architecture, configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting on the platform.

• Architect solutions & provide recommendations that drive results on campaigns & acquisition objectives.

• Responsible for assisting in defining and maintaining a comprehensive measurement framework, developing effective reporting and dashboards with an objective to evaluate marketing performance and provide recommendations for enhancement.

• Work with various internal and external stakeholders to develop project plan, manage the day- to-day tasks and meet project deadlines

• Experience in working with Mobile Measurement Platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer) is a plus.


 

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of professional experience in Adobe Analytics.

• Adobe Experience Platform - Adobe Analytics.

• Google Marketing Platform - Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio & Big Query

• Experience in debugging via Omnibug, GA Debugger, Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger and SQL.

• Tag Implementation Platforms – Adobe Launch, GTM.
